President
As President of GCS, Mike Beltz brings over 20 years of expertise in geospatial IT services, leading the company’s mission to provide innovative, customer-driven solutions. Under his guidance, GCS has become a trusted partner for organizations looking to unlock the full potential of GIS technology.
In recognition of his leadership and industry expertise, Mike served on the Esri Partner Advisory Council (PAC) from 2022 to 2025—a select advisory group that fosters strategic collaboration and partnerships with Esri.
John Waterman, PMP, PMI-ACP, GISP
CTO
John joined GCS in 2004 and serves as the Chief Technology Officer, where he is dedicated to ensuring the successful completion of customer projects. He oversees the company’s research and product development initiatives while also spearheading professional development and training for team members. With a wealth of experience dating back to 1996 working with Esri technology, Fred brings a deep understanding of the geospatial landscape. Since joining GCS in 2005, he has leveraged his expertise as a geospatial engineer and architect to drive innovation and foster collaboration within the GCS team, ultimately helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Project Manager & Senior GIS Analyst
Jay joined GCS in 2016 as a geospatial professional with extensive experience in spatial analysis, process automation, testing, and operational support. As a Project Manager, he leverages his deep technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful outcomes for GCS clients.
