GCS was awarded a statewide contract under Missouri’s Geographic Information System Services Qualified Vendor List. This vehicle supports use by various State of Missouri agencies and is structured to enable project specific Statements of Work under the statewide contract.

The Missouri QVL is designed to support GIS services on an as needed basis and includes use by state agencies and participation in the State of Missouri Cooperative Procurement Program. Services may also be available to other eligible government entities in accordance with contract terms.

State of Hawaii

State of Hawaii, School Facilities Authority (SFA)

GCS has been qualified by the State of Hawaii School Facilities Authority to provide professional GIS services supporting Facilities Information Technology Services. The SFA identified GIS as a professional service area for FY2026, including development, integration, implementation, updating, and maintenance of GIS applications and databases to support facility planning and operations.

This qualification was established through a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process under Hawaii Revised Statutes §103D-304. GCS is included on the Professional Services Qualified List and may be considered for project-specific engagements during the qualification period. Selection for work is based on demonstrated competence, relevant experience, capacity, and project-specific requirements.

Potential project work supported under this qualification includes school facility planning, capital improvement programs, renovations, and new school development initiatives where GIS supports infrastructure data management and decision-making.
