GCS specializes in geospatial data development and cartography services for a wide range of clients. Recently, GCS conducted comprehensive spatial analysis for the Montana Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS), focusing on Critical Access Hospitals across the state.
As part of the project, GCS generated detailed travel time reports and maps to illustrate the service areas and populations served by these hospitals. The analysis covered three modes of transportation: automobile, fixed-wing aircraft, and helicopter, providing valuable insights for emergency response and healthcare accessibility in Montana.
