GCS designed and implemented the Property Information Web GIS system for Clearwater County. Despite having a one-person GIS department, Clearwater County effectively maintains a diverse array of GIS datasets that support multiple county departments and meet community needs. Built using the ArcGIS Server Adobe Flex API, the system ensures scalability and ease of use.

The Clearwater County Property Information System serves as the backbone for the “County Map” link on Clearwater County’s official website, providing essential GIS resources to the public.
