Pricing

Pricing for all products and services is based on the DIR-approved Appendix C Pricing and applicable discounts under Contract DIR-CPO-6015.

DIR Price List

All pricing is based on DIR-approved Appendix C pricing and applicable discounts.
DIR Administrative Fees are not included and will be applied as required.

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes

To request a quote under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015, please contact John Waterman by email or phone and provide:

Customer name and eligible entity name
Contact name, phone number, and email address
Description of requested products and/or services
Quantity, scope, specifications, or project requirements
Delivery address or service location
Requested delivery or performance timeframe

GCS will provide a contract quote referencing DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015.

Instructions for Entering into Purchase Agreements

Eligible customers may enter into purchase agreements under this contract by following their internal procurement procedures and issuing the appropriate purchasing document referencing DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015.

General process:

Contact GCS to request a quote.
Review the quote and confirm contract compliance.
Issue a purchase order, statement of work, or other authorized purchasing document referencing DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015.
Coordinate delivery, implementation, scheduling, and support with GCS.

The contract also allows customers and GCS to enter into additional agreements, but the DIR contract takes precedence over any conflicting terms.

Approved PDAA Form

The approved Product and/or Service Data Acceptance Acknowledgement (PDAA) form for DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015 will be posted here upon final approval by the Texas Department of Information Resources.

Warranty Policies

Warranty coverage for products and services provided under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015 is provided in accordance with manufacturer warranties and applicable service agreements. Warranty terms will be specified in the applicable quote, statement of work, or purchase agreement.

Return Policies

Return policies for products purchased under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-6015 are subject to manufacturer return policies and any applicable restocking requirements. Specific return terms will be included in the applicable quote or purchase agreement.
