They needed a seamless way to align tasks from NetSuite with field assignments through ArcGIS Workforce, ensuring their mobile workforce could easily view, complete tasks, and collect necessary on-site data with real-time updates between the field and the office via NetSuite.
The project’s main objective was to develop a unified system to schedule field operations, assign mobile workers, and update NetSuite tasks based on field activities and data collection using ArcGIS Workforce and Survey123.
GCS led this implementation, integrating NetSuite and ArcGIS Workforce, allowing Intrax to streamline field task assignments and management. Key solution elements included:

- Workforce Assignment Types: GCS collaborated with Intrax to define custom workforce assignment types specific to their mobile operations. Each task was connected to a Survey123 survey, ensuring accurate, task-specific data collection during fieldwork.
- Mobile Worker Integration: GCS established a unique identifier linking NetSuite users to ArcGIS Workforce, enabling mobile workers to view their assignments in the Workforce mobile app. Assignments populated from Intrax NetSuite data included essential task details such as location, priority, due date, and attachments.
- Survey123 Integration: GCS configured field data to pass seamlessly from Workforce to Survey123, allowing field workers to complete customized surveys that automatically updated relevant tasks in NetSuite.
- NetSuite Task Updates: After task completion, GCS automated NetSuite task updates, ensuring that all task status changes and field data were synchronized in real-time. Survey123 data was pushed back to NetSuite, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.

The integration of NetSuite and ArcGIS Workforce revolutionized how Intrax scheduled and managed field tasks.
