ArcGIS web app with Buffering for local government . GCS developed an original implementation of this site based upon ArcIMS technology. When Missoula County wanted to upgrade to ArcGIS Server’s capabilities, once again they called on GCS to create this next-generation site. Our team successfully ported their existing data and desired functions to the latest technology and ensured the transition was smooth for the County and the end-users alike.
