GCS conducted a GIS Needs Assessment for the Montana National Guard, created an Esri Enterprise GIS Plan, and developed ArcGIS Enterprise geodatabase schema recommendations.
GCS created a user manual for protocols and procedures (Standard Operating Procedures) for access, use, and updates of GIS data. GCS created a plan to integrate existing GIS data from separate work units into an enterprise geodatabase that is easy to access and use by the entire facility.
